COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY) Base salary: Pay Range $313,995.53 to $502,392.85 Yearly performance-based pay Increases up to 7% Relocation - $30,000 as needed. Sign on - 10%-15% of base salary - negotiable Retention - 10% of annual salary at 2-year mark Educational assistance: ISH, NHSC, AK Sharp Program PTO: 6.5 weeks annually 400 hours may be carried over/or payout of not used. RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Psychiatry (PSY) 50% Clinical / 50% Administrative (Time will be adjusted to provider’s needs) M-F 8-hour days No after hours Clinical oversight of: Outpatient Services, Intensive Case Management Services, Clubhouse Services, Youth residential Services, and Women’s Substance Use Residential Services Integrating Psychiatry into current and expanded Intensive Case Management Programs, Enhancing Nurse Case Management incorporation into all programming. Supporting development/Identification of EHR.
