Our client is a growing manufacturing organization seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to partner directly with executive leadership and drive financial strategy across the business. The FP&A Manager will report to the CFO and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the finance function, with strong long-term growth potential. Key Responsibilities For The FP&A Manager Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling activities across the organization. Analyze financial and operational performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership. Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting to support strategic decision-making. Partner with operations, sales, and supply chain leaders to evaluate business performance, profitability, and growth opportunities. Drive process improvements, enhance reporting capabilities, and support special projects related to business growth and operational efficiency. Qualifications For The FP&A Manager Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or corporate finance experience, including leadership responsibilities. Manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with experience supporting business leaders. #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
