Optimus Property Management, Inc. ( based in Century City, CA, is a full-service property management company known for its high standards, professionalism, and growth opportunities. It is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to assist with minor renovations and tenant repairs at various properties in Los Angeles.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

 

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
• Perform general repairs, including plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance maintenance
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with property managers and vendors for specialized repairs, installations, or major projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all work sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit various job sites
• Proficient in English and authorized to work in the US

Physical Demands:

• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, crouch or crawl

Compensation:

• $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience
• $1,000 Sign-on Bonus ($500 after first 90 days & $500 after six months of consistent employment)
