Job Summary

\n

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee complex electronics manufacturing programs in a global, multi-site environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, managing program performance from new product introduction through production and end-of-life. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and business partner who can balance customer expectations, operational execution, financial performance, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, suppliers, and global manufacturing sites.
\n
• Manage customer relationships to support satisfaction, retention, growth, and successful program execution.
\n
• Oversee programs from New Product Introduction (NPI) through production and end-of-life.
\n
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and manufacturing.
\n
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, margins, pricing, profitability, schedules, and delivery commitments.
\n

What We’re Looking Fo r

\n

\n
• 2 to 5+ years of program management experience in a manufacturing environment
\n
• Experience in electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or electronics manufacturing preferred
\n
• Moderate to Strong understanding of MRP systems, supply chain processes, production planning, and customer program management
\n
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, risk, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
\n
• Understand of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
\n
• Experience working with global teams, international customers, or multi-site manufacturing operations preferred
\n

Work Environmen t

\n

This position is office-based within a manufacturing setting and requires regular interaction with production, engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, and customer-facing teams. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required .

Compensatio n: Competitive salary based on experience. $50K to $100 K.

\n

\n
