About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing with a strong commercial and strategic mindset to play a pivotal role in shaping the brand, leading the go-to-market strategy, and building a modern, scalable marketing engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth through the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, growing marketing-sourced and influenced pipelines, and partnering with sales and revenue operations to optimize the full funnel. Additionally, the VP of Marketing will be tasked with elevating brand and category leadership, leading integrated campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. A key mandate is to lead product marketing and go-to-market strategy, including defining positioning, messaging, and launch strategies, and to build a high-performing marketing organization by recruiting, developing, and leading a world-class team. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within high-growth B2B SaaS organizations. The role requires a proven track record in building revenue-driven marketing strategies, leading demand generation, product marketing, and brand strategy. Strong partnership experience with sales, product, customer success, and revenue operations is essential, as is a background in data-driven decision-making and analytical rigor. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS, with a focus on automotive technology, mobility, or artificial intelligence, and experience in high-growth, venture-backed or PE-backed environments. The role demands an individual with exceptional communication, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership skills, who can effectively translate complex AI innovation into compelling business narratives.
