Business Development Director

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with previous experience as a recruitment consultant to help us expand our clientele. The role requires developing new business opportunities, preparing sales proposals and presentations, managing customer accounts, generating leads, and closing sales. If you have more than 2 years of experience in recruitment or search, we would love to talk to you. Responsibilities Find clients and foster long-term relationships focused on customer satisfaction Understand client requirements (B2B sales or marketing leaders and small business owners) Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Prepare sales presentations and proposals Promote self and brand through content and activity on Linkedin Update Hubspot CRM at all time.
