Project Manager - Commercial Plumbing

Commercial Plumbing Project Manager We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish for one of our clients. They are a leading plumbing company in the Cleveland area. Responsibilities Handle all preconstruction steps, such as submittals, coordination, and site visits. Manage project schedules, budgets, and job progress. Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors. Manage all job impacts, RFIs, and change orders. Attend all project management meetings. Review plans/specifications and ensure code compliance. Track costs, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate all project close‑out steps, including final punch‑list items, demobilization, warranty letters, operation manuals, and AS‑Builds. Qualifications Project management experience (construction/plumbing preferred). Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
