Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals, making a real difference in their daily lives
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that empower patients to regain independence
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in line with practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure holistic patient care
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards to provide the highest quality care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
- Active state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
Knowledge & Skills
- Occupational therapy assessment and treatment planning
- Patient care and daily living skills training
- Accurate and timely documentation
- Effective supervision of COTAs
- Excellent communication and collaboration
