Senior Real Estate Development Manager

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Real Estate Development Manager to lead strategic site selection, acquisition, and development for global data centers and offices. You will own end-to-end real estate strategy, from market analysis and deal negotiation through entitlement, permitting, and delivery, partnering closely with engineering, infrastructure, legal, finance, and security teams. In this high-ownership role, you will structure complex transactions, manage budgets and schedules, and use data-driven analysis to optimize AWS’s portfolio, enabling rapid growth while meeting demanding technical, reliability, and sustainability standards.
