Property Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Property Account Executive based in United States.

This role is focused on driving revenue growth across the property management and multifamily sector through new business development and strategic account expansion. You will build relationships with senior decision-makers, champions, and marketing stakeholders within property organizations. The position combines enterprise SaaS sales, consultative selling, prospecting, account growth, and customer value management. You will spend most of your time developing new business while also supporting retention and expansion across an existing book of accounts. Success will depend on strong pipeline generation, strategic account management, and consistent achievement of revenue targets. Working fully remotely, you will collaborate closely with sales development, customer success, and other cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of property management and multifamily accounts by securing new business and expanding existing relationships.
• Leverage industry expertise and professional relationships to engage senior decision-makers, champions, and day-to-day marketing stakeholders.
• Allocate approximately 70% of time to prospecting new accounts and up to 30% to customer retention and expansion activities.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline-generation targets, maintaining a minimum 3X pipeline coverage.
• Maintain the required level of outbound sales activity to support consistent pipeline development and account growth.
• Engage with prospects and customers to understand their business KPIs, challenges, and strategic priorities, then align solutions to their needs.
• Partner with SDR, Customer Success, and other internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience and resolve account issues effectively.
• Use Salesforce, Clari, and related tools to track account performance, renewal forecasts, sales activity, and pipeline progression.
• Provide regular forecasting and weekly updates on client and prospect accounts to sales leadership.
• Stay current on new technologies, products, and services to strengthen customer conversations and maintain competitive sales knowledge.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role within the SaaS industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing accounts in the property management, multifamily, or closely related vertical.
• Proven ability to generate new business while also retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to understand complex customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with clear revenue and pipeline targets.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with SDR, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort using CRM and sales forecasting platforms.
• Willingness to adapt to changing business priorities and take on additional responsibilities when required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, collaborative, and comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders.
