Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution reception area while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies. Manage front desk access by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records. Monitor access control systems, cameras, alarms, and communications equipment; report suspicious activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, emergency situations, and client requests in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols. Maintain a professional front desk presence, direct visitors to appropriate locations, and coordinate with building personnel and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
