Location: Bentonville, AR. Role: Senior Manager, Business Operations – Digital Strategy – eCommerce. Position Summary Senior Manager at Walmart responsible for leading the eCommerce Business Operations team to enhance site performance, drive a friction‑less customer experience, prioritize initiatives, improve operational excellence, and inform the technology roadmap. Responsibilities Understand customer online shopping behavior and create a seamless, fresh site experience. Focus on operational excellence, identify efficiency opportunities through clearly defined performance metrics and dashboards. Build trust quickly and lead by influence, creating impact through partnership as well as ownership. Use data and insights to make informed, impactful decisions that inform prioritization and translate complex data into actionable improvements. Build business cases, identify white‑space opportunities, present to executive stakeholders, and manage technology roadmaps and requirements. Monitor site health and performance through analytics and key metrics, lead internal business reviews, and develop dashboards. Define best‑in‑class efficient workflows and reports, embed operational excellence and data focus into everything, and develop team capabilities. Analyze the eCommerce business, develop and implement site strategies to improve the end‑to‑end customer journey, drive innovation and growth. Advise and partner with internal teams to improve processes, scale best practices, enhance governance, and continuously assess and improve site strategy and execution. Partner with Product and Tech teams to support feature prioritization, requirements, and builds. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field. 5years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area (or 7years of such experience). 2years of supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications Eight years of related experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations, Product Management, Site Merchandising, Analytics, or related field. Master’s degree in Business or related field. 4+ years of experience managing a team. 4+ years of experience in a consumer‑focused e‑commerce environment. Strong customer obsession, strategic mindset, analytical and process‑oriented, comfortable making data‑driven decisions, and continuous improvement focus. Experience developing and executing technical product roadmaps. Ability to set clear team objectives and performance measures, and to develop future leaders. Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and to take on responsibilities beyond the primary job description. Assertive, adaptable, and initiative‑driven in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities. Benefits Competitive base salary: $90,000–$180,000.
