Position: Part‑time Receptionist (Greenwood Village Brookdale) Schedule: Sunday, Monday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Responsibilities Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff. Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and performs basic office/clerical functions, maintaining visitor logs. Responds to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties according to community protocol. Qualifications Applicants should have strong customer‑service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle phone and in‑person inquiries efficiently.
