Cyber Test Integrator (Lead or Senior)Company:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a Cyber Test Integrator to support the Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) cyber test capability in Seattle, WA or Oklahoma City, OK.This role supports the planning, coordination, execution, and documentation of cyber test activities for avionics systems and contributes to Boeing’s enterprise product security test capability. The successful candidate will work across Product Security Engineers, test teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to help organize test activities, support event readiness, track execution, and document outcomes.The candidate will join a growing BT&E Product Security Engineering capability and help develop best practices, methods, and tools that improve Boeing’s ability to evaluate product security risks, strengthen cyber test operations, and deliver resilient products and services. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex technical environment.Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Lead and Senior Cyber Test Integrators. Position Responsibilities:Coordinate planning and execution of cyber test events for avionics systemsDevelop, maintain, and manage test event documentation, including plans, procedures, schedules, reports, meeting notes, and action itemsTrack event readiness, execution status, dependencies, risks, and open issuesSupport vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and related cyber test activitiesCollaborate with engineering, program, lab, and security stakeholders to align objectives, requirements, and deliverablesSupport development and maintenance of cyber test operations processes, procedures, and workflowsMonitor event progress and communicate status, issues, and next steps to stakeholdersSupport post-event analysis, lessons learned, and action trackingAssist with resource coordination, lab readiness, and event logisticsEnsure event artifacts are accurate, complete, and delivered on scheduleSupport continuous improvement of repeatable cyber test operations across Boeing programs and platformsThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required8+ years of experience in technical program coordination, operations, compliance, quality assurance, cybersecurity, avionics, embedded systems, system/network administration, or a related technical field5+ years of experience managing processes, schedules, or operational activities in a cross-functional environment5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and controlling documentation, procedures, reports, or process materials5+ years of experience communicating status, risks, requirements, and decisions across multiple stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiencesExperience managing action items, dependencies, priorities, and deliverables in a structured environmentExperience analyzing information, identifying gaps or risks, and driving follow-up actions to closurePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAn active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
