Description El consultor de soluciones estratégicas será responsable de liderar y gestionar el ciclo completo de los servicios y productos del área de consultoría, tales como BPO, administración de beneficios, apoyo a las áreas de recursos humanos de diferentes clientes, entre otros. El Rol Prospección Comercial: Identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio con clientes potenciales, fortaleciendo el relacionamiento comercial. Elaboración de Propuestas: Diseñar y presentar propuestas personalizadas que respondan a las necesidades específicas de cada cliente. Gestión de Contratos: Asegurar la rentabilidad de cada contrato mediante un control eficiente de costos. Diseñar y ejecutar planes de trabajo específicos para cada cliente. Supervisar el cumplimiento de los compromisos establecidos. Monitoreo de Resultados: Realizar presentaciones mensuales sobre el cumplimiento de los KPIs de cada contrato. Contraparte del Cliente: Actuar como principal punto de contacto con el cliente, asegurando una comunicación fluida y eficiente. Implementar y coordinar el equipo operativo encargado de ejecutar el servicio, incluyendo la transferencia de información clave, alineación de objetivos y solución de desafíos. Identificación y Ejecución de Mejoras: Detectar oportunidades de mejora en los servicios actuales y proponer planes de implementación futura para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y la sostenibilidad del negocio. Qualifications Los Requerimientos Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos o un rol similar Deseable experiencia en consultoras, áreas de brókeres y/o recursos humanos Comunicación efectiva, habilidades interpersonales Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados Conocimientos en gestión de costos, KPIs y administración de equipos Competencia en diseño de planes estratégicos, operativos y mejora continua Inglés intermedio deseable Uso de microsoft office intermedio - avanzado Igualdad de oportunidades en el empleo #J-18808-Ljbffr Willis Towers Watson
