Are you energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for families and guests? We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our growing trampoline park team.

Position: General Manager

Location: Greenbelt MD
Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations and guest experience
• Lead, train, and motivate staff members
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and payroll
• Ensure safety procedures and park policies are followed
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Drive sales, memberships, and event bookings
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or family entertainment centers
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with hiring, training, and team development
• Weekend and evening availability
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
