Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate the mental health needs of clients, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide effective short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

• Initiate and lead group therapy sessions and workshops, focusing on pertinent topics related to mental well-being, stress management, and self-improvement.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations, to ensure a comprehensive support system for clients.

Qualifications\n
