The Role

Full-scope outpatient primary care - the kind of medicine you trained for. You'll build real relationships with patients over time, manage complex chronic conditions, coordinate across specialties, and practice with a genuine focus on preventive care and population health.

• Full-spectrum primary care: diagnosis, treatment, disease management, preventive care

• Relationship-centered care model - you'll know your patients

What You Bring

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent

• U.S.-accredited Internal Medicine residency (3-year program)

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active or eligible New York State medical license

• DEA registration (active or eligible)

• Medicare/Medicaid enrollment (active or eligible)

• BLS or ACLS certification

• Strong communicator - with patients, families, and care teams alike

• 1-3 years of outpatient experience preferred
