Attorneys advise on IRC 83, 280G, 409A, 457(f), and 457A issues while collaborating closely with active M&A and corporate deal teams. Employee Benefits / ERISA Attorney Locations: Rochester, NY; Buffalo, NY; Albany, NY Compensation: $139,000 – $192,000 Experience: 4–10 Years Work Model: Hybrid This role focuses on qualified retirement plans, 401(k)s, pension plans, ERISA compliance counseling, plan corrections, fiduciary advisory work, and M&A benefits diligence. Attorneys work directly with sophisticated institutional clients on retirement plan design, compliance strategy, and executive compensation matters within a highly collaborative partnership-track environment.
