Assembler

Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you will help produce high-quality glass-to-metal seals by performing precise assembly work in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay range is $17-$20 depending on experience.


Responsibilities:

• Assemble component parts to produce high-quality glass-to-metal seals
• Verify paperwork, materials, and picking tickets for accuracy
• Safely load and unload ovens during production cycles
• Maintain awareness of production updates and issues
• Support team operations and perform additional duties as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to handle small parts and use magnifying tools/microscopes
• Ability to read and interpret product drawings is a plus

Nicole Horan is the Regional Branch Manager for HW Staffing Solutions in Nashua, NH. In her position, she oversees the training and development of all office staff and the overall business operations including: client development and management, temporary staffing and recruiting and quality assurance initiatives. Nicole also ensures compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws.Nicole has worked in the temporary staffing industry since 2002, focusing on administrative/professional staffing as well as skilled manufacturing. She has been credentialed by the National Association of Personnel Services as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern New England Association of Personnel Services as the legislative committee chair. In addition to her involvement in the staffing industry, serves on the Nashua Chamber of Commerce's Legislative Advocacy Committee.
