Manage CRMs and database communication flows. Contract‑to‑Close: Manage all contracts from signing through closing with professional customer service and client satisfaction. The Playbook: Work with the leadership team to improve the Operations Manual that outlines all systems, standards, and processes, ensuring the business operates flawlessly in any environment. Client Journey & Office Standards Customer Service: Instill a high‑touch customer service culture across the client life cycle, ensuring smooth transitions and proactive problem‑solving. Office Environment: Curate a welcoming, meticulously maintained office environment and manage vendor relationships to reflect our brand’s precision and warmth. Team Leadership & Growth Leadership: Clear pathways for professional growth and leadership development. Qualifications What You Bring Experience: 5+ years of experience in high‑growth operations, luxury hospitality management, or executive‑level real‑estate administration.
