The Opportunity A well-established, growing commercial flooring contractor is hiring a Director of Commercial Flooring to lead and scale its commercial division. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can drive growth, elevate execution, and own profitability—while building strong relationships with GCs, property managers, and facility owners across the Carolinas. What You’ll Own Lead and grow the commercial flooring division with full operational and strategic oversight Create and execute a growth plan (clients, markets, revenue targets, team structure) Drive business development and maintain key client relationships Oversee estimating, project management, and field operations to ensure consistency and performance Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards Own division P&L, budgeting, and forecasting (true accountability + influence) What We are Looking For Bachelor’s degree (required) from an accredited four-year college or university 7–10+ years in commercial flooring with leadership responsibility Strong knowledge of commercial flooring systems and installation methods Track record of success in business development + operations management Confident leader with strong communication and relationship-building skills Preferred (Nice to Have) Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related Experience leading large-scale commercial projects Familiarity with estimating and project management software Competitive base salary + performance incentives Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO + paid holidays Retirement plan options Why This Role Stands Out Senior leadership seat with the ability to shape strategy and outcomes Direct ownership of growth, operations, and profitability Strong market demand + runway to expand the division If you have commercial flooring experience and would be interested in learning more, please contact me at View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
