Real Estate Closing Paralegal ("Closer")

Prepare, review, and finalize all documents required for residential real estate closings

Draft and balance closing disclosures and settlement statements

Ensure accuracy and compliance across all legal and transactional documents

Conduct closings and notarize documents as needed

Work closely with the managing attorney to ensure all files meet legal standards

1+ year of real estate closing experience (required)
