Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role The Digital Marketing Specialist runs the day-to-day digital channels that bring Project MFG to its audiences. You create and publish content across platforms, build and send email, maintain the website, run paid campaigns, and keep our audience data clean, turning performance into insight that sharpens what we do next. This position is based at Project MFG Headquarters in Kansas City, KS. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day social operations across all platforms: schedule, publish, and monitor content, keeping every account on-brand and on-schedule. Engage audiences across comments, direct messages, and mentions, and grow our online following. Build and send newsletters, promotions, and automated email workflows, and report on how they perform. Maintain CRM data quality, including cleaning, de-duplicating, and segmenting records. Maintain the website, registration pages, landing pages, and blog content, and support SEO to keep everything accurate and current. Run boosted posts, paid social, and basic search campaigns, managing budgets, audiences, and creative and optimizing spend against performance. Track channel metrics, maintain dashboards, and surface insights that inform the monthly report. Capture content at events, or direct on-site team members on the content they need to capture. Develop the marketing calendar in partnership with the Marketing Manager. What You Bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience across social, email, web, and paid channels. A track record running multiple accounts and campaigns at once, executing multi-channel work and reporting on results. Experience maintaining a CRM or audience database, including data hygiene and segmentation. Working knowledge of paid social, basic search advertising, and SEO best practices. Hands-on proficiency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Twitter (X), Meta Ads, and Google Ads, plus an email and CRM platform such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact. A creative eye for content and a data-driven instinct for what to try next. Comfort capturing content on-site at events, or directing others on what's needed. Education Four-year degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
