This assignment will commence on July 27, 2026, and run through May 26, 2027, offering stability and a structured school-year schedule. You’ll be joining a supportive team with two openings available, working a consistent 40 hours across five days each week.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP license in Mississippi (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and administrators

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse school-aged population
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and communicate regularly with staff and families
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Create a positive and inclusive therapy environment
• Provide services across a typical school caseload, adapting to students’ individual needs
