Customer Success Specialist - LATAM

$3,000 - $4,000 per month

Heal.me is a marketplace and SaaS platform for holistic practitioners. More than 4,000 practitioners use our platform today, and we’ve raised over $3M from early investors in Calm, Headspace, Uber, and MindBody. Our mission: to make wellness primary care.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support, engage, and retain our growing community of holistic practitioners after they complete their initial onboarding .

This is a hybrid role that combines customer support , proactive success outreach , and retention work . You’ll answer questions and resolve issues, but you’ll also help practitioners succeed on our platform, encourage deeper adoption of our tools, and step in when someone is considering canceling to help them stay and grow with Heal.me.

This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, cares deeply about customer outcomes, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where every interaction impacts the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

Customer Support: Respond to support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and resolve account or payment-related questions with empathy and accuracy. 

Practitioner Success: Proactively reach out to ensure practitioners are fully utilizing our platform — from services and profiles to reviews and booking tools. Occasionally jump on Zoom calls for practitioners who need extra help.

Retention & Re-engagement: Contact practitioners who are inactive or considering cancellation to understand their challenges, offer solutions, and win them back.

Education & Enablement: Help practitioners optimize their listings, improve client experience, and increase bookings.

Feedback & Insights: Gather recurring feedback and share insights with our product and growth teams to improve the platform and practitioner experience.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support

Proven experience helping customers adopt products, solve problems, and stay engaged

Strong written and spoken English communication skills (Spanish a plus)

A proactive, self-starting attitude — you don’t just wait for tickets, you look for ways to help

Passion for wellness and alignment with Heal.me’s mission

Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with a distributed team

Compensation & Benefits

$3,000 – $4,000/month (depending on experience and location)

3x/week team breathwork sessions

Holidays + 15 days PTO
