Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of housekeeping professionals to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service.
• Develop and manage daily cleaning schedules to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities, providing feedback and guidance to team members.
• Train and mentor new team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure the housekeeping supply room is well-stocked and organized, supporting seamless operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and enhance their overall experience.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages and disruptions in service.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading and motivating a team in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to develop and manage effective cleaning schedules that meet high standards.
• Proven track record of conducting thorough inspections and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong skills in training and mentoring team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Ability to maintain an organized and well-stocked supply room, ensuring seamless operations.
