Practice Overview:

\n
• EMR Platform: EPIC
\n
• Practice Setting: Outpatient care at Longstreet Clinic, Gainesville, Georgia
\n
• Care Team: Collaborative team of 4 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers
\n
• Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5:00 PM, option for 4 ten-hour schedule
\n
• Patient Population: Ages 16 and up; providing acute care, preventive services, and chronic disease management
\n
• On-Site Services: Onsite laboratory, imaging services, and EKG
\n
• Support Staff: Experienced dedicated clinical and administrative staff
\n
• Specialist Access: Onsite specialists and proximity to Level I Trauma Center
\n
• Community: Located in a thriving, fast-growing, and family-friendly area
