Thisrole isfocusedprimarily onlifestylemediarelations,including fashion, music,sportsand entertainment.Thiscandidateshouldhavea passion for creative storytelling anda strongtrack recordofrelevant experience inat least one of the above areas.We’re seeking askilled account manager, adept at providing strategic counsel toclients. Thisrole will work closely across interagency teams at UEG and within the DJE family of companies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Experience in lifestyle communications and an interagency environment Understanding the value and impact of creative storytelling through talent,contentand bespokemediaexperiences– and being able to helppushclients with breakthrough ideas Demonstrating ability to leadahigh-priorityaccount and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, whilemaintainingand mentoring a high-performing, creative and cross-functional team Demonstrating deep understanding of earned media strategies, activation tacticsfor product launches, brandannouncementsandability toleveragecultural trends through a PR lens isa must Experience managingmultiple projects from concept to completion byanticipatingchallenges, troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, offering client counsel, overseeing qualityof work, and ensuring deadline and budget adherence Strong financial acumen and ability to lead a profitable business;including budgeting, client billing, vendor invoicing, reporting, and recapping, etc. Contribute to cultivating long-term relationships with key lifestyle, fashion, fitness, sports, tech / innovation, business and consumer media and influencers on behalf of clients. Qualifications: At least8+years of relevant experience in communications, includinga previousfocus on lifestyle and culture Proventrack recordmanaging high-performing client accounts and agency teams Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Strong and consistent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience using data to inform planning is a bonus. Team player with the ability to project confidence, a positive attitude, good judgement, andskilledunder pressure Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university $65-70 per hour An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
