Financial Planning Analyst

Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base + bonus A rapidly growing, private consumer-facing company is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical finance professional looking to partner with senior leadership, influence business decisions, and contribute to a fast-paced, multi-location organization. What You'll Do Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Analyze financial results, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Technology to evaluate business performance and initiatives. Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, cost analysis, and profitability. Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and executive-level commentary. Evaluate growth initiatives and capital investments through ROI, payback, and sensitivity analyses. Help improve FP&A processes, reporting capabilities, and data accuracy. Support ad hoc financial analyses and executive presentations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar analytical role. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Advanced Excel proficiency is required. Experience with financial planning software and Business Intelligence tools is highly preferred. Experience leveraging AI and BI tools in a finance environment is required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience supporting multi-site, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other consumer-facing businesses is a plus.
