ROLE OVERVIEW

The Regional Manager ensures consistency, quality, and operational excellence across multiple 7 Brew locations in the Buffalo area. This leader will support shop managers, drive team performance, and create a positive, people‑first environment where every guest leaves smiling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Guest Experience Oversee daily operations for multiple drive‑thru locations. Ensure brand standards in speed, quality, safety, and cleanliness. Regularly visit shops to coach teams, resolve issues, and celebrate wins. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and mentor Shop Managers and Shift Leads. Foster accountability, recognition, and personal growth. Conduct regular performance check‑ins and training sessions. Financial & Strategic Execution Support and review shop‑level budgets, sales targets, and labor costs. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies. Partner with ownership on new shop openings and community initiatives. Culture & Guest Satisfaction Promote the 7 Brew culture of positivity and hospitality. Respond to guest feedback promptly and with care. Celebrate team milestones and encourage healthy competition.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience leading teams in quick‑service, drive‑thru, or coffee environments. Strong leadership and communication skills—you inspire others through action. Financial acumen—comfortable with labor, COGS, and performance metrics. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, people‑first environment. Working knowledge of POS, scheduling systems, and reporting tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

PHYSICAL & SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to sit, stand, and move for long periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Frequent travel between store locations (>75%). Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as business demands.
