Technical Project Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee website development, e-commerce, software, UI/UX, and digital design projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage projects from concept through completion. You will work closely with developers, designers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires someone who can take ownership, make informed decisions, identify potential roadblocks, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage website development, software, e-commerce, UI/UX, and design projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients.
• Lead client meetings, provide project updates, and manage expectations.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Support product and project decision-making by providing recommendations and strategic insights.
• Ensure projects align with client objectives and business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of website development processes and software development projects.
• Experience managing e-commerce projects and platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools including ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Trello, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working directly with clients in a professional services or agency environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a creative, branding, marketing, or digital agency.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and workflows.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Experience coordinating remote teams across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and digital marketing projects.
