Target Range: $75,000.00/Yr. - $85,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos is seeking a strategic marketing professional to support full-funnel marketing efforts for our Commercial Banking division. The senior strategist will work directly with business leaders and cross functional teams to develop, execute, and analyze campaigns focused on lead generation and business growth. As a pioneer in digital banking, Axos empowers marketers to actively shape how an evolving business line goes to market.
The ideal candidate brings a mix of B2B marketing strategy, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. They will serve as a key partner to Commercial Banking, helping translate business priorities into effective marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Commercial Banking stakeholders to understand business goals and develop marketing strategies to support growth.
• Build and implement marketing programs from intake through execution and analysis. Multi-channel programs can run across email, web, social and paid media.
• Lead content creation for marketing initiatives, ensuring brand, messaging, and compliance consistency across deliverables.
• Analyze campaign and market data to measure effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, reporting, quality, and speed to market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or fintech
• Hands-on experience building and executing marketing campaigns.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical and meticulous, with experience using campaign, market, or client data to inform recommendations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

• Experience with Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
• Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools
• Familiarity with account-based marketing & nurture programs.
