In this role, you'll be crucial in supporting the development and execution of our marketing campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.Impact:This role is vital for optimizing our campaign operations and overall marketing efficiency. Without it, our ability to launch, manage, and scale effective campaigns would be significantly hindered. You'll help us implement processes, improve campaign delivery, and ultimately enhance our customer relationships and business outcomes.Role Summary:A Contract CRM Operations Marketing Manager is a hands-on professional responsible for the operational aspects of our marketing campaigns within our CRM system. This includes everything from campaign setup, QA and segmentation to deployment, monitoring, and reporting. You'll bridge the gap between marketing CRM teams and technical execution, ensuring our campaigns reach the right audience at the right time.Key Responsibilities:* Campaign Development and Setup: Support the end-to-end development and setup of marketing campaigns within our CRM platform* Execution and Deployment: Oversee the accurate and timely execution and deployment of various marketing campaigns* Segmentation and Targeting: Assist in defining and implementing audience segmentation strategies to ensure campaigns are delivered to the most relevant customersRequirements* 2-3 years of experience* Proven experience in a CRM operations, marketing operations, or similar role, specifically supporting campaign development and execution* Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise-level CRM platform* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in campaign deployment* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously* Excellent communication and collaboration skills* Email Marketing CRM Platforms: Proven experience with enterprise-level CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign).
