The staff will manage a patient load of 5-6 adults while ensuring high-quality care. Clinical duties include monitoring patients post-operative from spinal surgeries and assisting with pain management. The team collaborates with interdisciplinary support services including physical therapy and respiratory services. Special procedures performed on the unit include post-operative care and monitoring for potential complications. Flexibility to float to other units as needed based on census and staffing requirements is required. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. All requests for scheduling must be included upon application. Travelers must comply with all facility policies and procedures.
