Outside Operations Attendant

Tobacco Road Golf Club, located in Sanford, NC , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for an Outside Operations Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Key Responsibilities Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots. Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning. Assists in educating players regarding the game. Directs start of play when necessary. Be able to operate a golf cart on a daily basis. Pick and maintain the practice facility in accordance with the standard operating procedure. Clean and restock golf carts between and after rounds. Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs. Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return. Assists with food and beverage activities. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications One month related experience or training. Other Qualifications Regular and reliable attendance. Minimum of 2 days a week required for the schedule with flexibility on the days of the week.
