Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools to accurately identify patient needs and strengths.

• Create personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions that foster community support among participants dealing with similar challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for patients.

• Provide immediate support during crises, implementing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to assist clients in distress.

• Educate clients about mental health issues, treatment options, and local resources, empowering them to take charge of their recovery journeys.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of services provided.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in case consultations to stay current with best practices and emerging research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
