Nurse Practitioner

Join a community health center in northern California as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in a direct hire role. This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, Family Medicine PA, or Primary Care NP with at least 3 years of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or a community health setting. You’ll work in an outpatient environment where you can focus on patient care, build lasting relationships, and collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team. Qualifications Conduct patient histories and comprehensive physical exams Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret lab and diagnostic tests Develop and coordinate individualized care plans Document accurately in the EHR and participate in quality improvement Work‑life balance: Outpatient schedule, no hospital call Total compensation ranges based on experience $140,000 - $168,000+ Compensation package to include base salary, sign on bonus, retention bonus, relocation, provider allowance, access bonus 29 days of time off annually Professional development: Teaching, mentorship, and leadership opportunities encouraged Loan repayment eligible: NHSC, Nurse Corp., CalHealthCares, and other programs up to 300k Apply today to join the team in California. *This pay range represents Covelo Direct's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
