The position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to key accounting and finance operations.The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical accounting background, prior public accounting experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage general ledger activities, including account analysis and reconciliationsLead and support month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliationsAssist with financial analysis, reporting, and variance reviewSupport the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsEnsure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsPartner with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support reporting needsAssist with audit support and special projects as neededIdentify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiencyPerform additional accounting duties as assigned
