Automotive BDC Receptionist - Full TimeDePaula Chevrolet is looking for a receptionist for our Business Development Center. This receptionist is the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the dealership's sales and service department. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who are looking to begin a career in the automotive industry with opportunities for advancement.Responsibilities:Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments or team members.Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.Make outbound calls to customers for appointment reminders, retention campaigns, follow-up, and customer satisfaction.Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to appropriate personnel.Maintain customer information and appointment records in dealership management system (DMS).Provide basic information regarding dealership products, services, and hours of operation.Assist with administrative tasks and other duties assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Basic computer knowledge.Ability to work in fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, dependable and team-oriented.Previous customer service or receptionist experience is helpful but not required.Benefits:Medical, dental and vision insurance.Life insurance.401 (K) with company match.Paid holidays.Vacation & sick PTO.Employee discounts.Advancement opportunities.Compensation:$17.00 to $18.00 an hour.Weekly pay.About the Company:DePaula Chevrolet is a premier automotive dealership located in Albany, NY.
