Job Title: Sales Development Representative II Location: Houston, Texas Reports to: Sales Development Manager, Marketing What You’ll Do This is your first step in a long and successful career in software sales. We want to bring in hungry, humble, and diverse people with a desire to grow. We’ll teach you how to use some of the coolest technology to educate prospects on the value that Conga can bring to their organization. We’ve brought in some fantastic leaders that will teach you how to be successful in a business‑to‑business (B2B) sales role. Don’t get us wrong… this will be hard work. We’ll teach you how to do this and how to win in an amazing market. Who We’re Looking For Motivated with sales instinct. You’ll drive market share by qualifying and delivering leads that build pipeline for our Sales Executive team in your defined market segment. Numbers‑driven professionals that want to learn, grow, and develop their career. Takes initiative. You don’t wait around for things to happen or for your manager to tell you what to do. You’re proactive about completing your own work and, when you sense the need to introduce outreach that will benefit the team or the organization—even if it’s outside your scope—you put a sequence together, talk to the team about it, and own it. That also goes back to having an entrepreneurial spirit. Strong attention to detail & time management. Though SDR experience is not required, we need candidates with strong organizational and follow‑up skills on all key accounts and prospects. You will have a lot of autonomy as an SDR; what you put into being an SDR is what you will get out of it. Resourceful & Collaborative. Experience operating on CRM platforms—Salesforce is our single source of truth. Innovative Thinking. Digital media is constantly changing, along with the rules of how we use data to target. You should want to take initiative to research new tactics and find new ways to improve campaign effectiveness. Compensation & Benefits In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to design easy‑to‑understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination. We are committed to competitive compensation and benefits packages, including medical and dental insurance, variable incentive pay, flexible work options, and a full range of perks. The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $63,000 – $63,000 USD. Individual pay is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
