Job Overview:

Pay Range: $16.00hr - $21.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Steel toe shoes required.

Responsibilities:

• Check work on the computer for employees regarding tooling, grinding, and machining using blueprints and entering work orders.
• Order tooling that is needed in the organization.
• Withdraw tools from stocks if necessary and adjust system quantities.
• Forward requests for tooling and prints to the Tool Room for review.
• Update and distribute Hot Job reports on a daily basis.
• Collect tooling Green Sheets from departments, pull and attach blueprints, and forward sheets to the Tool Room for review.
• Pull and fill blank tooling requisitions for the Tool Room.
• Update and maintain the system with cancellations approved by departments.
• Quote outside vendors.
• Work closely with purchasing and engineering departments.
• Expedite tooling orders in the Tool Room as requested by departments.
• Complete reports and graphs for tracking tool ordering and receipt times as necessary.
• Compare physical items to prints of problem tools to ensure information is correct, including identifying tools and verifying tool numbers.
