The Role | Depth, Autonomy, Impact This is a role for a clinician who values diagnostic clarity, thoughtful treatment, and meaningful outcomes. You will: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (individual, couples, and family) Deliver care via telehealth and/or in-person , based on clinical need and your preferences Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, LCSWs, and care teams Contribute to diagnostic formulation through psychological testing and behavioral analysis Maintain ethical, compliant, and high-quality clinical documentation Participate in consultations, case discussions, and professional development opportunities Who Thrives Here Fluent in English and Spanish (required) PsyD or PhD from an APA‑accredited program Licensed (or license‑eligible) Clinical Psychologist in Florida Strong foundation in psychological testing, diagnosis, and evidence-based care Values culturally responsive, ethical, and patient‑centered practice Comfortable in a collaborative, physician‑led environment Motivated by quality, not quotas Why My Psychiatrist We’ve built the infrastructure so clinicians can focus on what matters most: excellent care.
