Bonus Program You will be eligible to participate in a bonus program, paid out every period based on restaurant performance. Responsibilities Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining property inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers. Coach and train all employees to operational excellence, ensuring restaurant success. Complete inventory counts every other week. Maintain a clean restaurant and provide an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with profit & loss responsibility, preferably in a quick‑serve restaurant. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week. Ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects, stand, walk constantly for entire shifts, navigate confined spaces safely, and operate restaurant equipment.
