Role Overview As a 3D Visualization Concept Artist in the Concept Studio, you will create and shape 3D visual output across immersive hospitality and entertainment environments, translating narrative, mood, brand identity, and operational goals into compelling visual stories. Responsibilities Participate in creative concept development for new and existing entertainment and hospitality spaces. Translate brand identity, storytelling, business opportunities, and operational needs into immersive 3D spatial experiences. Develop compelling 3D concepts and renderings to communicate design intent. Materialize concepts into interior environments with strong attention to atmosphere, lighting, materiality, and guest experience. Support design and visualization of branded environments, including hospitality spaces, clubs, lounges, VIP areas, food & beverage concepts, and large venues. Ensure FF&E, materials, signage, lighting, and architectural details align cohesively with concept direction. Operate as a proactive team member, managing assigned workstreams and collaborating fluent with Blueprint Studio and design consultants. Participate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative design development. Maintain consistency, quality, and studio culture through collaboration, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability. Push 3D visualization excellence, initiate new tools and workflows within the studio to maximize efficiency. Produce high‑quality renderings, presentations, and visual assets, integrating AI tools and emerging visualization technologies. Build and manage 3D models for concept studies and presentations, adapting detail level to the creative stage. Work efficiently within project schedules and evolving priorities. Qualifications 7–12 years of experience in 3D visualization, experiential design, hospitality design, branded environments, entertainment design, interior architecture, or concept development. Undergraduate or Post‑Graduate Degree in Design or Architecture (preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating concept‑driven, realistic environments, visual sophistication, and refined sense of atmosphere and materiality. Experience in 3D visualization of hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, retail, or branded interior projects. Experience collaborating within a design studio and cross‑functional teams (preferred). Understanding of both conceptual creativity and real‑world implementation constraints. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong post‑production skills. Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar. Strong rendering and AI visualization capabilities. Excellent communication of ideas through 3D imagery and presentations. Proactive, self‑motivated, organized, accountable, capable of managing scope, priorities, timelines across multiple projects. Collaborative, curious, engaged in iterative creative process with strong appreciation for dialogue and feedback. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced studio environment with shifting priorities and quick‑turn deliverables. Passionate about storytelling through space and creating emotionally resonant experiences for fans and artists. Strong ownership of process and final output. Pay is based on market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
