Athenian Grill Fayette Mall, located in beautiful Lexington, KY, is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Team Member — Prep & Line to join our team. If you have at least one year of kitchen experience and a love for creating delicious meals, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be DoingAs a Kitchen Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering the fresh and flavorful dishes our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing ingredients and ensuring everything is ready for a smooth service.
- Cooking and assembling menu items with precision and care.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborating with your teammates to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience in a prep or line cook role.
- A strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
- Teamwork skills and a positive attitude to contribute to our supportive kitchen culture.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
