Implementation Project Manager

Leading client-facing initiatives, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will manage onboarding, expansions, and complex renewals while ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact during client onboarding and operational implementation projects Develop and execute project plans, track milestones, and maintain detailed project status documentation Collaborate with internal teams to meet implementation requirements and ensure operational readiness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, healthcare operations, or project coordination Experience with state Medicaid contract changes and translating regulatory requirements into operational workflows Familiarity with Smartsheet and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI) Preferred certifications include PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
