What We’re Looking For:

• Active Texas SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings (preferred)
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and compassionate support
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12 
• Deliver therapy sessions and monitor progress to promote optimal language, speech, and social communication skills
• Document services and maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and consultations as needed
• Communicate effectively with staff and families to facilitate student growth
