Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Schertz, Texas

This role begins August 10, 2026, and continues through May 28, 2027, spanning a full academic year. Key Qualifications: Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas required. Credentials: SLP-CCC preferred, will consider SLP-CFY. Prior experience in school settings and/or pediatric caseloads is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish (required). Experience with early childhood populations. Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations for early childhood students. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs and intervention plans. Supervise and mentor an SLPA managing a small bilingual caseload. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines. Engage with families, teachers, and support staff to ensure optimal student progress. Attend team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
