Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make an impact as a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving students in a supportive educational setting near Converse, TX! This full-time contract opportunity spans 37.5 hours per week, covering a colleague’s maternity leave from August 17, 2026, to October 9, 2026—the first nine-week period of the academic year. Your expertise will help students thrive by addressing a variety of speech and language needs in school-aged children, while you collaborate with passionate fellow professionals.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Active SLP-CCC credential required
• Bilingual proficiency essential
• Previous school-based and pediatric SLP experience is highly valued
• Healthcare or school SLP background beneficial
• Ability to supervise a bilingual SLPA (for SLP, not CFY)
• CFY candidates considered, with strong support provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse student population
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, staff, and families
• Supervise and mentor a bilingual SLPA to support optimal outcomes for students
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with educational standards
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes
• Foster a culturally aware and positive learning environment
